CENTRAL DETECTIVE TRAINING INSTITUTE
At Central Detective Training Institute, Chandigarh. Where I was to address Public Prosecutors of states of Punjab and Haryana and Additional Advocate Generals of High Court of (Pb. & Hry.), Chandigarh. The Topic was POSH ACT-2013. The Curious Lawyers had such meaningful questions and queries that the session turned out to be a WORKSHOP than merely a TALK. It was so insightful that I, myself explored various untouched aspects of POSH ACT - 2013.
Family Planning Association of India
I got the chance to be with the most deprived and neglected class of society Family Planning Association Of India, Branch S.A.S. Nagar( Mohali). Session was dedicated to LGBTQ and Sex Workers. I found my words less while listening their part of story. A dedicated discussion towards Legal Rights of Sex Workers.
Traning Programme on "Fundamental Rights especially Article 21 of indian constitution, Compliance of directions of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court
Overwhelmed to be a part of; HRD and Welfare, Punjab. Traning Programme on "Fundamental Rights especially Article 21 of indian constitution, Compliance of directions of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court with respect to CRM-M-45885 of 2023, date 06.12.2023 and CRA-D-1218-2022 (Q&M), Dated 19.02.2024.". You are hereby requested to organise training Programme for under mentioned Police officials At the Conference hall, D.P.O SAS Nagar. The same scheduled in the month of September, 2024. A word with Officials of Punjab Police, where it was surprising to listen their grievances keeping in mind Article 21 of Indian Constitution.
Human Rights Day
The day 10.12.2024 ( Human Rights Day), spent with the inmates of DISTRICT JAIL, ROPAR. The sole purpose was not to make them aware of their rights as following:- Right to Speedy trial, Right against public hanging, Right to fair trial, Right against delayed execution, Right to free legal aid, Right to Protection against solitary confinement and public hanging. But the urge was to listen them, to understand their silence and to observe their actions.To assist them as per their needs, to guide them with best possible solutions. The atmosphere inside was conducive and calm. Inmates shared themselves, their part of story with faith.
